Growth as a habit and a way of life

One of the reasons The Trinity Gathering was started is that MANY Christians who are educated in worldly terms often know very little about what they believe. Sadly, it is not uncommon for a new believer to know just as much about their spiritual life and the bible as someone who has been a Christian for years.  Many people in the church can give you all of the latest stats from a game, or quote the latest popular movie lines, but know perhaps a handful of verses of scripture.

Maturity is the goal.
What is maturity? Just to list a few of the characteristics of maturity that we desire to see in people who are part of The Trinity Gathering:

      • The ability to walk through life in love.
      • The ability to face difficulty with responsive trust in the Lord.
      • The ability to love our enemies.
      • The ability to wield proper spiritual authority that is not self-serving, but Kingdom serving.
      • The ability to sacrifice one’s self daily for the reward of God’s presence and delay the instant gratification of reward here on earth.
      • The ability to see others as God sees them and breathe life into their lives by the power of the Holy Spirit.
      • The right perspective on Biblical Truth.
      • An understanding of how the world systems are misleading and discernment that helps bring Truth to those caught in being misled.
      • A good understanding and supportive posture for the work of the Holy Spirit as He gives gifts to The Church for mission in the Kingdom.
      • Bearing the fruit of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

Here you will find blog posts, devotionals, and even video content that is curated and designed to help you in growing your faith. We are all called to master the vast content that Scripture holds. It seems like a daunting task, but people learn things like accounting and German, you just need to establish a habit of loving learning.

Jesus called the disciples in the great commission to go into all the world and make disciples and to teach them all that He commanded them.  What were those commands?  That may be a good place to start on your journey of growth.  Join the Trinity Gathering community and begin a life of transformation together.

You can do this! and we are here to help.

No substitute

While we are excited to offer devotional materials and blog posts, none of the things we come up with are even a pale substitute for the word of God. We will never stop encouraging you to dive deep into scripture, the word of God is alive and breathing, it is powerful and there are still to this day unexplored depths to study on every single page.

It’s funny how God can use His word, and the Holy Spirit to bring to our attention things that we don’t see on the page at first glance. Life lived through the lease of scripture is a life closer to the heart of the Father. Don’t miss this opportunity, if you don’t have a bible, get one, if you have one, open it up and take a look.

The Lord is always moving, and he does most of that moving through His word.

It’s free and available to you right now.

All that being said, here are some of our recent devotionals and below a comprehensive list of the devotionals we have posted. you can also check out our blog in the menu.

These aren’t a replacement for scripture and hinge on the word of God, we hope that they are a benefit to you, and a blessing, but we can’t stress enough, everything here is gleaned from scripture and has no authority apart from the Bible.
